Introduction：

Disc centrifuge is suitable for tomatoes, lemon, orange, mango, carrot low solid content, such as fruit juice, vegetable juice, such as separation of the liquid, is the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, biological products, beverage products required equipment and other industries.

Operating：

The juice is added to the drum by the feeding tube at the center of the drum.As the juice flows through the interstitial space between the discs, the solid particles (or droplets) sink under centrifuge action and drop to the disc to form a sediment (or liquid layer).The sediment slides off the disc along the surface of the disc and accumulates in the part with the largest diameter inside the drum. The separated liquid is discharged from the outlet of the drum.The function of disc is to shorten the settlement distance of solid particles (or drops) and enlarge the settlement area of drum.The solid accumulated in the drum is removed manually after the separator stops working, or is discharged from the drum without stopping through the slag discharge mechanism.
